RETURNS POLICY:
You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or product exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

This automated system obviously may not select the best shipping option for your particular location or item(s).

Please complete the order using "PURCHASE ORDER" during check-out. Your order will be recorded by our system and labeled as AWAITING PAYMENT.

The online order system is reviewed by our staff daily, who will review your specific order details, products and manually adjust shipping fees and provide you with an online invoice from our PayPal payment system, which you can then process using your credit card.

Once our staff receives the payment notification, your order will be processed for shipping.
